Our standard pricing covers travel throughout Greater Palm Springs and the Coachella Valley, including Palm Springs, Desert Hot Springs, Cathedral City, Thousand Palms, Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage, Indian Wells, La Quinta, Indio, Coachella, Thermal, Mecca, and Morongo Valley.
We offer an extended service area for a $125 travel fee, covering Yucca Valley, Joshua Tree, Mountain Center, Idyllwild, Banning, Beaumont, San Jacinto, Hemet, Moreno Valley, Calimesa, Yucaipa, and Redlands. Locations beyond these areas may be subject to a custom travel rate.

Yes! Aerial photography and video are included with our real estate photo and video packages at no additional charge. We are FAA-licensed and can capture stunning elevated perspectives of the property, landscaping, and surrounding neighborhood when weather and conditions permit. Flights are subject to FAA regulations and airspace restrictions, so aerial coverage may not be available at certain locations.

We keep an eye on the forecast and will work with you if weather conditions could affect the quality or safety of your shoot. For aerial photography and video, high winds, rain, or other unsafe conditions may require us to reschedule. If weather affects your appointment, we'll work with you to find the best alternative.

Yes. We offer both real and virtual twilight photography. A real twilight shoot captures the property during the actual golden-hour and blue-hour window, while virtual twilight can transform an existing exterior photo into a beautiful evening scene without requiring a separate twilight appointment. Virtual twilight is a convenient and cost-effective option when you want the look of twilight without scheduling an additional shoot.

A little preparation goes a long way. We recommend having the property clean, decluttered, and photo-ready before we arrive. Turn on interior lights, open blinds and curtains, and remove personal items or anything you don't want photographed. Check out our Getting Ready Guide for a complete list of recommendations.

We know how important timing is when you're preparing a property for market. Real estate photography is delivered within 24 hours, and real estate video is delivered within 48 hours. Turnaround times for larger or more customized productions may vary, and we'll communicate expectations clearly when you book.

Scheduling is easy.
